Who do you thimk will hold serve during the Big Ten season? How I see things playing out.

Here are my too early picks for the Big Ten

I really can't see Northwestern or Iowa taking a huge step up this season at all. I think the conference is between Minnesota and Ohio State. Both of them have a chance to be a darkhorse to make the CWS. Michigan lost some talent but they have a solid coaching staff and good recruits coming in. Illinois lost Haig recently which is a big loss but they should be about a middle of the conference team. Indiana lost Phegley and that is HUGE. Penn State has probably the nicest facility in the country but when are the recruits going to show up. Michigan State, I really don't know enough about.

I'm liking Michigan State despite their losses. I also like Iowa's sophomore lefty (name escapes me). I'm also WAY down on the losses for Purdue (including Black) and a bit on Penn State (Macy). I put Illinois a bit lower for losing Haig. I had no idea what to do with Indiana, so I just slotted them in the middle.

Illinois will be the team mid-season, once their youngester's get settled into their roles and they will win the Big Ten Tournament.
